Whats good everybody? Hope you have had a blessed week so far. I am definitely enjoying this week, and I have finished my day. As I was reading this morning I was reading Romans 6:4. I realized that we have the power to make wise decisions everyday we wake up in the morning. I think sometimes we take for granted that we wake up, go to sleep, wake up, go to work. We get into a habit of just doing the same things over and over again and don’t really appreciate the fact that everyday we wake up. IS A BLESSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYDAY YOU WAKE UP NEW LIFE AND OPPORTUNITY IS PRESENTED TO YOU!!!!!!! MAKE THE BEST OF IT!!!!! PEACE

The Snow Snow Snow

What’s good everybody? This is ya boy tshock. Been awhile. Just been chillin with the family, making sure they are taking of in this cold weather. I don’t know where you all are located. Its cold here, its been snowing like crazy, every one from schools, businesses and churches have been closed all week its been crazy. I been out shoveling. Let me tell you, I hate that, my back was hurting and everything, I felt too crazy, I had came in the house from shoveling snow. I was out there like a whole 10 minutes and was tired the rest of the day. Lol! I know that don’t say a whole lot about the condition I am in. But that’s real talk. Lol! But anyways, so its been a real blessing at the same time for real, because after almost 2 years I been away working and missing my family, so I count it a real blessing to be able to chill with my wife and kids. I just wanted to say hi to everybody, God is Great and football season is right around the corner, I can’t wait!!!! Imma be a beast this year and we are going to win a Championship. You know I can’t go out a Loser!

Trackins TShock Off-Season Workouts

Goodmorning,

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. I had a very good holiday season and I thank God for allowing me to see another Holiday season. Went to the gym this morning and got a great workout in, I didn’t think I was going to make the morning workout, b/c I went to bed late last night up, I couldn’t go to sleep, my thinking switch kept going and going and going. That’s how it works sometimes, I just can never sometimes get the brain to turn off so I can rest. But after it finally went off, it was 1am and I start my workouts at 6am. But it was all good, God blessed me to wake up and complete a nice solid workout. My workout consisted of bench, bike, curls, triceps, and treadmill, pretty light, but I feel good. So I’m ready and getting prepared to play like a champion and win a championship I need a Ring. Have a blessed day!

On this day, “the Word became flesh.” Look at how remarkable the Lord is! Through the many storms He has pulled us through, we truly “have seen His glory.” His love and mercy exemplifies that He is “full of grace and truth.” As we enjoy our 25th, let us remember to be thankful for this amazing gift: the gift of Salvation!

Its monday and I’m feeling the holiday spirit. I just want to thank God for allowing me to see another December, its been a very productive year and I can’t wait until 2010, but in the meantime, I am going to enjoy this week with my family and so should you. Whatever you going through just put it to the side for a bit and Give God thanks and let some know you care about them.

Kingdom Builders Church and TShock In Action, Giving Back!

What’s good every, I had a very productive day, and now I am headed to the Hope House, here in Kansas City, Missouri. As we know this is a Great time of the year and some are not as fortunate or blessed as others, so the TShock In Action Foundation has teamed up with Kingdom Builders International to sponsor a Dinner and spend some time with the women and kids at the House. For those of you who don’t know what the Hope House is, its a place where Physically abused and battered women go for shelter and safety. So they don’t get the chance of being in their homes and around friends and family, so we bring it to them. So I am looking for a good time, I know God will touch someone there and they will be Blessed.

Do your very best today, all you can do is your very best. Don’t worry about the man next to you, worry about you. If you take care of you, everything else will take care of itself. Be Proactive, Don’t give up or be lazy! That’s easy to do. Anyone can be lazy! Remember that.
